Customer Success Analyst

If you are a recent college grad with a passion for helping customers get quantifiable value out of technology, then the Customer Success team at Eltropy may be for you. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, the Customer Success Analyst works with credit unions to maximize their return on their Eltropy investment and optimize their members’ digital experience through text messaging.

Responsibilites

Onboarding new credit unions onto the Eltropy text messaging platform.

Project-managing implementations and integrations with core systems.

Leading business reviews with customers.

Resolving technical support issues.

Identifying the root cause of user-experience defects and driving timely containment and fixes.

Skillset

Excellent English-language communication – both speaking and writing.

Proficiency in data extraction, presentation and analysis.

Understanding of SaaS technologies and an ability to explain them.

Ability to organise and manage up to 20 concurrent customer projects.

Experience teaching and training online.

Bachelor of Arts or equivalent.
