Sales Executive

Requirement: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with extensive credit union industry experience

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Sales Goals & Metrics
    • Meet or exceed sales goals
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, trimesterly sales quota reports on individual performance
    • Schedule & host demo calls (virtual/onsite as appropriate) with prospects and MQLs
  • Process
    • Engage, follow up, schedule discovery calls, evaluate needs assessment, demo and product presentations all according to the sales process. 
    • Submit proposals and vendor due diligence packages
    • Negotiate contracts including pricing negotiations
    • Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Service Agreements.
  • Team (Internal/External)
    • Coordinate sales efforts and lead follow up with marketing programs
    • Collaborate successfully with Customer Success for positive new client handoff/transition
    • Engage with CU League/Association & Channel partners on opportunities
    • Participate in virtual and in-person CU industry events

Qualification, Skills, Experience 

  • Qualification
    • Higher education achievement in any field (bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Skills
    • Professional writing and spoken communicator – produces high quality work
    • High energy, strong work ethic
    • Ability to quickly adjust according to need
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of success and quota attainment
    • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience
    • Working experience with workforce communication and office tools – Zoom, Skype, Salesforce, Slack, Whatsapp, MSOffice, Google Docs
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions (Text messaging, chat, omnichannel a plus)
    • Consultative sales skills
    • Accountable and self driven (takes responsibility for actions & results)
    • Experience working with Financial Services, Banking, or Credit Unions
    • Knowledge of Core Banking and Loan Origination software systems
    • Experience with software presentations and demos
    • Professional writing and spoken communicator – produces high quality work
    • High energy, strong work ethic
    • Ability to quickly adjust according to need
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
