On average, auto loans can take several weeks to process. One of the top reasons for this delay is missing paperwork. This can lead to a longer process for closing loans and even abandonment of loan applications during the loan process by members.

Our team provided few easy-to-understand, personalized demo and onsite training to APFCU Lending team and they were all set to use Eltropy the very next morning.


Eltropy offers several options for training including in-person and web-based training. One of the most popular options, “Train the Trainer” training involves Eltropy working directly with a credit union employee who then goes on to train the rest of the team.
