“The Best* Text Messaging-based platform for Credit Unions,” announces that the Net Promoter Score (NPS) from its latest survey was 81. The high score indicates excellent customer satisfaction, well above the average NPS of 30** for SaaS companies.

According to the Rentently 2020 NPS Benchmark (which analyzed a variety of industries including education, ecommerce, consulting, software, SaaS, construction, healthcare, among others), average score value ranges from 21 to 71.
